Thank you so much for today – I feel positively floaty which is definitely not something I’ve felt in a while!!CT
Pregnancy & Postnatal Massage
Growing a baby and giving birth is an enormous task, physically, mentally & emotionally! Regular massage during your pregnancy relaxes and revives, whether you are addressing specific complaints or not. After the birth looking after yourself usually goes to the bottom of the list, I encourage new mums to make it a priority.

When can I receive massages in Pregnancy?
Generally speaking from your 2nd trimester through to the birth. If I have worked with you during your Fertility Journey you can receive treatments in your 1st trimester.
When can I receive massages after my baby is born?
6 weeks after a natural birth & 3 months after a caesarian birth.
What can Pregnancy treatments address?
Many common pregnancy ‘symptoms’ can be addressed. Results are obviously on an individual basis & there are no guarantees! Lower back ache, sacral discomfort, gluteal stiffness, achey legs, feeling of heaviness in the pelvis, hypertension in pelvic floor.
What can Postnatal treatments address?
Again, results are obviously on an individual basis & there are no guarantees but I see clients for pelvic floor issues like mild prolapse and stress incontinence, back pain, shoulder tension. Many women also feel that their abdomens don’t feel quite right after the birth, when the digestive system has been squished for so long, Arivgo Therapy at this time may be helpful.
I don’t have childcare! Can I bring my baby with me?
Yes of course you can! At both my clinics there are a number of stairs so if you need help carrying your baby upstairs then please let me know. This is especially important if you have any pelvic floor issues and your baby is in a car seat!! Easy pram parking at both locations.
Are their any contraindications to receiving treatment?
If you have any condition that you are not sure about, please seek medical advice first. If you are having any bleeding in your pregnancy, then treatment may not be advisable.
Words cannot even begin to describe the deep gratitude and appreciation we feel. Thank you for all your support and guidance through this amazing journey. We could not have asked for a more perfect birth experience!MT
Birth preparation sessions at your home (preferably with your partner if they intend to be present at the birth) to discuss your birth preferences & expectations, birth physiology & answer any questions you may have about the birth or care of your newborn.
Sessions include learning techniques that may help you have a more positive birth experience – from physical positions and exercises that can be useful, breathing techniques and deep relaxation techniques to help you manage your energy levels and stay connected to your power during labour and birth.
Each session is approximately 2 hours, in your home, and costs £120, payable in full at time of booking.
First time parents – 2 sessions are recommended. For birth refreshers 1 or 2 sessions are recommended depending on previous birth experience.
For additional information, you can buy my ‘Essential Birth Preparation’ book for £15.
I only take on one birth client at any one time, so I can be sure to be able to be with you (and not at someone else’s birth).
I offer 2 levels of service
Simple Birth Support £1250
Enhanced Birth Support £1550
Please contact me to check availability and to request full details of the services I offer.
Each visit is 4 hours.
The first few days and weeks with a new baby are possibly the most transformational in your life. You can quite literally feel as if your world has been turned upside down. Some new mums and dads are lucky to step into this with absolute confidence but this is not everyone’s experience. My support service is designed to bring you peace of mind and instill confidence in your own innate parenting skills. (Yes, you do have them!!) There is SO much advice out there – most is well intentioned from family, friends and professionals. It can be really challenging to take the courage to listen to your own instincts when you are hearing a multitude of differing opinions.
The postnatal visits are in your home and typically cover topics such as feeding, sleeping, winding, swaddling, bathing etc as dictated by your needs and concerns. I am also very happy to cook a meal, attend to the laundry etc – anything that makes you feel looked after!
Sessions paid for in advance when you book:
£95 per session when pre-booking 2 or more sessions
£120 for one-off/ad hoc visits
