The favourite pre-Christmas workshop is back!  Step away from the seasonal madness for a couple of hours and reset your jangled nervous system.  Lon will use minimal instructions, optimising the chance to be still and quiet.  By slowing the breath and focussing on calm, nourishing movements and postures the nervous system becomes calmer.  Say goodbye to the external chatter and anxiety and find a place of peace deep within.

  • Yin & restorative poses to release deep seated physical tension
  • Meditative breathwork/pranayama to shift emotional tension
  • Yoga nidra for deep rest and resetting the nervous system
