The final workshop in the ‘Inner Silence’ series. We used the Winter space to discover, the Spring space to emerge, the Summer space to express and in Autumn we use the opportunity to go deeper.
In the external world, the trees start to shed their leaves and the days begin to shorten. Internally, it is a natural time to turn inwards and reflect on our deeper self and shed what we no longer need. Time to harness the positive energy from the summer to keep us going into the cool, dark, winter months.
Lon will use minimal instructions, optimising the chance to be still and quiet. By slowing the breath and focussing on calm, nourishing movements and postures the nervous system becomes calmer. Say goodbye to the external chatter and anxiety and find a place of peace deep within.
