One of the most joyous aspects of yoga is accessing the quiet inner spaces of the mind through the body and the breath. At first this quietude can seem elusive. It may even be confronting. With practise, in a peaceful external space, it becomes easier to reach. Peace and quiet soothe the nervous system and allow us to heal and restore on a deep cellular level. Lon will be using minimal instructions, optimising the chance to be still and quiet.
