Two hours of deliciously relaxing yoga

Restorative/yin poses – pranayama – relaxation

“Prevention is better than cure.”  Slow, gentle yoga is amazing for the immune & nervous systems.  In winter many of us are more susceptible to catching colds etc.  This year may be even tougher as we didn’t have much exposure last year due to lockdown.  Restorative practices can be used to prepare the body and mind for the months ahead and give practice options for when you are feeling under the weather. Perfect for an energy boost or reset.  Or simply to relax!
