Perfect for an energy boost or reset.  Whether you have lockdown fatigue or are feeling sideswiped by your perimenopause symptoms these 2 classes will give you the space and time to reset, reconnect with yourself and re-energise.  If you can, do commit to coming to the live class and the energy of practicing together is even more powerful.  However the classes will be recorded so you can do it in your own time if that suits you better.  Come for one or both of the classes, as you choose – booking options below!
