
Stress affects all of us in different ways, but for many it can have a huge impact on sleep quality and quantity. For women in the peri-menopausal and post menopausal years this can be exacerbated by fluctuating hormone levels, and in turn stress can make the effects of the fluctuations more challenging to manage. The four minute intro addresses the role of stress on sleep, this is followed by a 60 minute class.
Please note, this class was originally recorded as a live class as part of my Menopause Yoga classes, so there will be reference to menopause and hormones, but it is a practice that is suitable for all.
